By using Instro (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Instro provides access to instrumental music streams designed for activities such as focus, relaxation, sleep, social settings, and exercise. The Service is digital and subscription-based.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, download, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content outside the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass access controls or extract content programmatically
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
All content remains the property of Instro or its licensors.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features require an active trial or paid subscription.
- Trials require a valid payment method and convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan).
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
- Prices may change in the future, with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your trial or subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a paid billing period has started, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Service Availability & Changes
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Features, content, or availability may change or be discontinued at any time.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
